Customer Experience & Retail Days debate: the relation between clients and brands is evolving beyond procedures and strategies, in the area of personalized relations

The client’s experience with the brand, as key differentiator on an increasingly crowded business market, was the main topic of discussion at Customer Experience & Retail Days.

The 7th edition of the event organized by Conference Arena, member of Marketing Insiders Group, took place on November 25th and 26th, at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. On the first day, the content of the presentations focused on the evolution of the relation between brands and clients in the current social and economic context, and on the second day the priority were the characteristics of the retail market.
