The ‘First House’ mortgage rates for studio apartments and one bedroom apartments are 20% smaller than monthly rents

The smallest differences between monthly mortgage rates and rents for the one bedroom apartments segment are registered in Brasov and Sibiu

The monthly mortgage rate for studio apartments in the Capital with the ‘First House’ programme is, in average, over 20% smaller than the average monthly rent. The biggest difference, of 23%, is registered in Crangasi, Drumul Taberei, Giulesti and Militari, shows a study conducted by Banca Romaneasca S.A. – Member of the Bank of Greece National Group – and Imobiliare.ro, the main real estate portal in Romania.
