Social media integration is on the rise in retail companies

The number of retail companies that will integrate social media in the strategies of their contact centers will increase significantly in the next two years

According to Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), global supplier of software solutions and services developed to improve client experience, the number of companies that use social media as part of the strategy of their contact centers will continue to grow in the near future, as they realize that this communication channel can help them manage the requests of their clients in an easy and fast manner.


This tendency is confirmed by a recent study, published by the consultancy company Frost & Sullivan and entitled “Enterprise Priorities in Europe”, which shows that the number of retail companies which use social media within the client service department will increase significantly in the next two years.
