Many Romanians do not choose to become entrepreneurs due to fear of failure

One of the three Romanian entrepreneurs has as a model a foreign businessman.

The Romanian entrepreneurs perceive a visible improvement of the way the society supports the private initiative and the entrepreneurship. Thus, the negative perception of the entrepreneurs decreased from 59 % in 2014, to 46 % in 2015 and 35 % in 2016, according to Romanian Entrepreneurship Barometer in 2016 conducted by EY Romania in partnership with Raiffeisen Bank.
