Historical high for foreign direct investment in Europe, in 2015 – how will Brexit affect the continent attractiveness?

54% of foreign direct investments (FDI) come from Europe. Romania is the sixth country in Europe by the number of jobs created through FDI.

The foreign direct investments (FDI) in Europe reached a historic high, with a total of 5083 projects FDI in 2015 (an annual growth of 14%), creating 217 666 new jobs (an increase of 17%), according to EY study: European Attractiveness survey 2016.
