From a simple like to the completion of sale

The times when the consumer was paying unconditionally whatever he was offered to buy are about to go down. He is becoming more and more demanding.

Whenever the client is not satisfied by a product or a service, he can express himself using social media. And if he wants that product to be better, he can make some suggestions. Given these facts, the companies must  promptly and relevant communicate on this channel with the consumer in order to show their consideration for him.
