European Commission extends, until June 2016, the aids for European farmers, following the Russian Embargo

EFE agency informs that European Commission approved officially on Friday the extension of the aids dedicated to European farmers until June 2016. This aids are meant to attenuate the consequences of Russian embargo required for the imports of agrifood products from European Union


According to AGERPRES, the support measures for the sectors of vegetables, fruits and milk, had been adopted a year ago, as a response to the decision of “closing the gates” for European products, a form of retaliation for Bruxelles's position towards the crisis between Russia and Ukraine.
