Collaboration between CFO and HR Director determines an increase in performance of business

The relationship between the CFO and the CHRO at high-performing companies has certain characteristics that sets it apart from their lower-performing peers, shows the EY global study - Partnering for performance.

Companies within which the working relationship between the owners of the two positions has become much tighter in the last three years reported a higher level of profitability measured as EBITDA, and a significant improvement in human capital indicators, including the involvement of employees and low productivity.
