25% of Romanian consumers declare that they have never received a superior quality service

'The superior services experience' analysis, conducted by Customer Focus and EY, explores aspects related to the service culture in Romania, revealing the most important elements associated with a superior quality service in the public perception

The most important four attributes of a superior quality service for Romanian consumers are the speed with which the service is delivered, the politeness of the person with whom the customer interacts when purchasing the service and the delivery, the possibility to choose from several options and the additional benefits offered within the same service, according to an analysis conducted by Customer Focus and EY, entitled The Superior Services Experience, published on 23 October.
